Barb & Mark are originally from CT but chose DE for their retirement state 10 years ago as it afforded them the opportunity to be able to do more things in retirement.
Mark retired from his career in physician recruitment 4 years ago and transitioned from being a part-time Presbyterian pastor to a full time pastor, ending his last church positions in April 2026. Barb retired from teaching in Fairfield County, CT 20 years ago and has kept herself busy with various employment opportunities
until Mark retired. She continues to be a church organist and occasionally they both pick up gigs on the road.
Together they've been camping for 25 years or so although Mark grew up camping with his family.
They are serious bicyclists and many of the areas they visit are to ride some great bike trails along with ML Baseball Stadiums and National Parks. They hike, play some golf, read and Mark also needlepoints.
